The Morgan Corp. Industrial Division is an industrial contractor that self-performs all major trades in industrial markets (power, water/wastewater, water infrastructure, mining, etc.) throughout the Southeast. We are currently searching for an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman for projects in the Greensboro, NC area.
The electrical foreman reports to the superintendent and leads an electrical crew to execute the work plan with a high level of safety and quality. This includes daily planning for the crew, including safety needs, equipment, tools, and materials. It also includes identifying potential roadblocks and working with the superintendent to develop solutions.
The foreman shall have a strong technical grasp of their craft and the ability to lead and communicate effectively with their crew.
10 to 15 years of electrical construction work.
In-depth knowledge of:
Trade School Certification or an Associate Degree in electrical-related fields is highly valued.
