Industrial Electrical Maintenance Electrician

Your focus

• New builds: install electrical systems for facility construction and expansions.
• Troubleshooting: locate failures in power distribution, lighting, and control circuits to restore uptime.
• Improvements: install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems and component parts.
• Repairs: fix damaged electrical equipment, conduit, and conductors; assist with other tasks to meet site goals.
• Safety: practice safe work habits at all times and follow LOTO and plant protocols.
• Escalation: immediately alert your supervisor to faulty machinery and defective materials.
• Values: model the Company’s Core and Growth Values in daily work.
• Support: troubleshoot machinery on request; perform minor maintenance and log routine records.
• Tools: operate machine shop equipment (saws, grinders, drills, etc.) as needed.
• Quality: examine materials and finished work to ensure they meet specification.
• Planning: execute from shop drawings, blueprints, sketches, work orders, and verbal instructions.
• 5S: keep your work and shop area clean and organized.

Must-haves

• Valid State Electrician License — journeyman or master in good standing.
• 3–5 years of commercial/industrial experience with power distribution, motor controls, and lighting.
• Proficiency working safely on 120V through 480V systems.
• Strong blueprint literacy: schematics, wiring diagrams, one-lines, and control logic.

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to PLCs, VFDs, and BMS platforms.
• Background in manufacturing or large facilities with production and conveyor systems.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related.
