Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPlease note: The ideal candidate will be based out of our Twin Falls, ID office with the ability to commute throughout southern Idaho.BODEC, Inc. is a leading construction firm specializing in EPC solutions for power infrastructure projects. From substations to transmission and distribution systems, we bring reliable, custom engineered solutions to utilities, heavy industrial, and renewable clients across the western United States.We are looking for an Industrial Electrical Project Supervisor to join our field leadership team in Twin Falls, ID or Pocatello, ID. This role is responsible for directing crews, coordinating materials and schedules, ensuring safety and quality on site, and representing BODEC to our customers and contractors.Key Responsibilities:Direct and lead all job site personnel including Journeymen, Apprentices, and LaborersCoordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily workflowMaintain daily logs and project documentation in ProcoreCommunicate with customers, contractors, and the Project ManagerResolve job site issues and customer concerns professionallyAssist with hands on field work when needed to support the crewMaintain job site schedules and ensure deadlines are metOrder materials and supplies and monitor delivery timingIdentify potential change orders and communicate them appropriatelyEnsure all work complies with OSHA, MSHA, and applicable safety requirementsProvide training and mentorship to field personnelMaintain clean, safe, organized job sites and proper waste disposalRepresent BODEC with professionalism and build strong contractor relationshipsWhat You Bring:Active state licensed Journeyman Electrician, non-unionDOT Medical Card requiredClass B CDL preferredThree to five years as a Journeyman Electrician plus at least two years of supervisory experienceProven ability to lead teams and build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and project partnersA track record of helping develop new markets or expanding customer bases through professionalism and reliable project executionExcellent communication, coordination, and planning skillsA confident and engaging leadership style with the ability to motivate crews and maintain strong rapport on siteStrong understanding of electrical theory and NFPA 70 NECAbility to read drawings, understand project requirements, and make informed field decisionsAbility to travel to out of town job sites, with travel time or per diem provided depending on job location and days workedSpanish language skills a plusAbility to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting over 60 pounds, working at heights up to 125 feet, and accessing confined spacesWhat We Offer:Competitive pay (Starting at $56.45/hour fully burdened rate.
