We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial electrical systems, with a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). This role involves working in an industrial/manufacturing setting and requires proficiency in low/high voltage systems, blueprint reading, and schematics. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for building and maintaining electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and automation equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, VFDs, and instrumentation systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national codes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance.
  • Assist with the design and installation of new electrical and automation systems.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or Industrial Electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with low to high voltage systems.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively for installation and repairs.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
