Work-Life Balance
- 12-hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Alternating 36- and 48-hour workweeks
- Work approximately half the year
- Overtime opportunities available
Paid Time Off

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and electro-mechanical equipment
- Work with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, instrumentation, and control systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Follow Lock Out/Tag Out and other safety procedures
- Support plant reliability and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Required
- Two-year electrical degree or equivalent industrial electrical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen
Preferred
- Trade school training
- Military electrical experience
- Electrical certifications
