    Industrial Electrician

    Dayton, OH | 2nd Shift

    HTI is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Dayton, Ohio to hire experienced Industrial Electricians.     What You Need

    • 4+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience

    • Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting and repair

    • Ability to safely use a multimeter and other testing equipment

    • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

    • Experience troubleshooting industrial controls and production equipment

    • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout and Arc Flash safety procedures

    • Familiarity with motors, relays, contactors, transformers, sensors, and electrical distribution systems

    • Experience working with Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled equipment

    • Ability to work overtime as required

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Siemens PLC experience

    • VFD troubleshooting experience

    • Robotics exposure

    • Industrial networking and communication systems experience

    • Conduit installation and electrical construction experience

    • High-speed manufacturing experience

    • Experience supporting automated production equipment

    What Your Role Will Look Like

    • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment throughout a large manufacturing facility

    • Diagnose issues involving sensors, relays, contactors, switches, motors, transformers, and control systems

    • Support 24V control circuits, safety systems, and production equipment

    • Troubleshoot and maintain Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled machinery

    • Assist with VFD, HMI, and industrial automation troubleshooting

    • Install and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, and facility infrastructure

    • Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment inspections

    • Respond to production downtime and equipment-related issues

    • Assist with facility upgrades, equipment installations, and improvement projects

    • Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to maximize equipment uptime

    • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all electrical safety procedures

    Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
