Industrial Electrician

Confidential Manufacturing Facility | Day Shift | Strong Benefits Package

A well-established manufacturing operation is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join its maintenance team. This position offers a day-shift schedule and focuses on electrical troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and supporting plant operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems throughout the facility
• Install and maintain conduit, wiring, breakers, starters, motors, and control panels
• Diagnose electrical issues involving both 120V and 480V systems
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new installations
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Assist with preventive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous industrial electrical experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving motors, starters, breakers, controls, and power distribution systems
• Experience working with 120V and 480V electrical systems
• Ability to read electrical prints and technical documentation
• Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment is a plus
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred but not required
