Job Title: Lead Electrician / Foreman
Position Summary
Renfrow Industrial is seeking experienced and safety-driven Lead Electricians / Foremen to oversee industrial electrical work on active job sites. This role is responsible for leading crews, coordinating daily activities, ensuring code compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact between field personnel, supervision, and project management.

Normal Working Hours
- Monday through Thursday
- Typical 4x10 work schedule
- Overtime as required based on project demands
- Shutdowns, outages, and off-shift coordination may occasionally be required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews including Journeymen, Top Helpers, and Helpers
- Plan, assign, and coordinate daily work activities
- Ensure electrical installations meet NEC, OSHA, and client requirements
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Lead installation activities involving conduit systems, MCCs, motor controls, and power distribution equipment
- Support industrial shutdowns, tie-ins, startup, and commissioning activities
- Coordinate work within active manufacturing and industrial process environments
- Assist with troubleshooting industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Coordinate with project management, other trades, and client representatives
- Monitor productivity, manpower, and material usage
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety policies
- Identify and resolve field issues and support troubleshooting efforts
- Maintain jobsite organization, documentation, and reporting
- Mentor and develop crew members
- Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb, balance, lift up to 50 pounds, and work at heights
- Ability to wear required PPE and work safely
- Ability to work in industrial environments including confined spaces
- Sustain physical activity throughout the workday
- Maintain situational awareness on active construction sites
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license required
- 7+ years of industrial electrical experience required; manufacturing or process facility experience strongly preferred
- Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices

Minimum Required Tools
- Journeyman-level hand tools required for electrical work
- Basic supervisory tools for layout, planning, and documentation
Specialized tools, testing equipment, and power tools required for specific tasks will be provided by Renfrow Industrial and/or the client as applicable.
