Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for an exciting opportunity with a leading automotive manufacturer in the Blue Water Area.   We' re looking for someone who knows how to troubleshoot equipment, understands automated manufacturing systems, and can help keep production running safely and efficiently.
What You' ll Do

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment
• Read and troubleshoot using electrical drawings and schematics
• Complete reactive and preventive maintenance assignments using a mobile CMMS device
• Perform electrical PM inspections, including wire harnesses, filters, and cable management
• Troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment
• Work with conveyors, automation, and mechanical systems
• Help minimize equipment downtime through safe and efficient troubleshooting
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and machine reliability initiatives
• Work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Work with outside vendors and contractors as needed
• Follow all electrical safety, ARC flash, and manufacturing safety requirements

 What We' re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of verified industrial electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting experience with automated manufacturing equipment
• Understanding of machine and grinding mechanics
• Knowledge of conveyors, automation, and mechanical systems
• Must meet applicable state electrical requirements
• Understanding of ARC flash regulations and practices
• Current technical training and experience with newer manufacturing equipment
• Must have your own tools (specialty tools excluded)
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
