We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety, reliability, and minimizing equipment downtime.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, VFDs, control panels, sensors, and electrical distribution systems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Diagnose electrical and PLC-controlled equipment issues.
Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Install and modify electrical wiring, conduit, and machine components as needed.
Follow OSHA, NEC, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety standards.
Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
3–5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of 120V–480V, 3-phase electrical systems.
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, motor controls, and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read electrical schematics and work independently.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
