Industrial Electrician | (Oil & Gas)
We are hiring a Lead Industrial Electrician for a project in the Caldwell, OH area. This role requires a highly skilled electrician with strong Oil & Gas experience who can lead crews while remaining hands-on in the field. This is a short-term assignment with strong weekly earning potential and per diem offered.

Pay, Schedule & Duration
- $32–$36/hour based on experience
- $200/day per diem (days worked)
- Project runs approximately 4/13 through 5/29
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
- Participation in on-call rotation (approx. 1 week every 1–2 months)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct electrical crews on industrial job sites
- Install, maintain, and modify electrical systems in Oil & Gas environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial electrical construction experience
- 2+ years of Oil & Gas experience REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, motor controls, and NEC
- Experience with Class I Div 1 & Div 2 hazardous locations
- Proven leadership experience running crews
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Preferred
- Journeyman License
- Equipment operation experience (manlift, skid steer, excavator)
