DIRECT HIRE INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN!
Responsibilities:
Inspect, repair, install and wire all electrical apparatus, devices and circuits, of any voltage in the plant or assigned areas.
Knowledge of following material:
- All types and sizes of AC and DC motors, transformers, circuit breakers, rectifiers, electronic controls, control panels, starter, switches, lighting equipment, power distribution and control circuits, PLC logic and controls, conduit and fittings, wire and cable, hardware, insulation, solder, repair and replacement parts, etc.
Required knowledge of following tools:
- Electrical testing instruments
- Power hand tools
- Soldering equipment
- Pipe benders and threading, safety devices, miscellaneous hand tools
- Lift trucks, cranes, man lifts.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- Graduated from an electrical technical school or electrical engineering program
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferred
- Must be able to operate mobile equipment including but not limited to forklifts and cranes
- Read micrometers, calipers and other measurement devices
- Ability to work in a team environment
