INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN - LEVEL III
Dynomax, a family-owned company, designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are expanding and are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician.
Industrial Electrician Job Responsibilities:
The Industrial Electrician will help us maintain our facilities and state-of-the-art equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and work instructions to determine assembly, wiring and service of machinery
- Assemble and configure electrical maintenance components of the department
- Plant Maintenance (Electrical)
- Test electrical/electronic systems in equipment, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with specifications
- Provide electrical support during debugging, integration, and acceptance
- Participate in "tear-down" and shipping of finished equipment
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems or components using test equipment and hand tools to located the cause of the breakdown and correct the problem
- Participate in the integration/debugging of electronic systems of machinery

Industrial Electrician Job Requirements:
This key position is ideal for a skilled Industrial Electrician with strong technical skills as well as excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of the electrical systems of industrial machinery
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Practical working knowledge of the operation of electrical and tool room equipment
- Knowledge of machine details, applying tolerances on prints and where to apply information
- Recognize function and relationship of all details within assemblies
- Ability to wire specialty electrical equipment
- Knowledge of pneumatics, CNC controls, and servo systems preferred
