We are actively hiring three (3) Industrial Electricians across two locations:
Scranton, PA (1 Opening)
- 5-Day Workweek
- Rotating Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Wilkes-Barre, PA (2 Openings)
- 1 Day Shift Opening – 12-Hour Schedule (4-On / 3-Off Rotation)
- 1 Night Shift Opening – 12-Hour Schedule (4-On / 3-Off Rotation)
- Work approximately 14 days per month with full-time pay and benefits

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair low- and high-voltage industrial electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Program, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs
- Diagnose issues using multimeters, ohmmeters, and power tools
- Perform maintenance in compliance with NEC standards
- Support electrical work tied to construction and renovation projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and other skilled trades
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of industrial electrical experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Experience with PLCs, schematics, and blueprint reading
- Ability to safely work with low- and high-voltage systems
- Electrical certifications or licenses preferred
- Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot independently
