Description

Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician — Oak Creek, WI

Starting pay: $33.40 plus $0.80 shift differential

Schedule: Evening shift, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Picture your evening: you arrive at our Oak Creek chemical manufacturing site and take the handoff from dayshift. Your checklist includes a preventive maintenance run on a reactor line, a quick vibration check on a mill, and a follow-up on last night’s HVAC alarm. You’re the steady hand that keeps production ready when our customers count on us most.

What you’ll tackle

  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance: repair, build, install, troubleshoot, and sustain systems across reactors, mills, mixing equipment, HVAC, and the broader facility infrastructure.
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks and close out assigned work orders reliably and on time.
  • Work within site SOPs and rigorous safety practices at all times.
  • Lead root cause analysis on equipment issues and implement durable corrective actions.

What makes you a great fit

  • Comfort consistently lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
  • Background in manufacturing or warehousing preferred.
  • Flexibility to support any assignment and overtime as needed.
  • Clean-shaven to ensure proper PPE fit.
  • Hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to work safely in a chemical manufacturing environment.
