Pay rate: $35-$45 DOE

2nd shift: 2:55pm-11:25pm

Must be available for OT and weekends depending on business needs (2:55pm-2:55am)

Job Description:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, sensors, switches, relays, and control systems.
• Inspect electrical components, wiring, connections, and mechanical assemblies for wear or damage.
• Test electrical circuits and components using multimeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Assist with installation and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and automated systems.
• Perform mechanical repairs, including bearings, belts, chains, couplings, shafts, and other machine components.
• Adjust, align, lubricate, and replace machine components as necessary.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts used.
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools, supplies, and spare parts.
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, and other company safety procedures.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements.
• Assist with equipment installation, modification, and commissioning projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education, Experience & Competencies:

- 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Mechanic or 2 years technical degree or higher maintenance.

- Provides own necessary tools for both mechanical and electrical maintenance.

- Computer literacy with PC, industrial and PLC computers.

- Available to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as scheduled with short notice.

- Experience in the corrugated, display or packaging industry a plus.

- Must have corrugate experience.

- Valid Driver's License with DMV evidence of good driving record and reliable transportation.
