Picture your day: you arrive for an early start, review your preventive maintenance queue, walk the floor to spot issues before they become downtime, and jump into hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting when equipment demands it. You collaborate with production to keep overall equipment effectiveness high, document your work thoroughly, and share know-how with teammates. If you enjoy turning complex problems into smooth-running systems, this role is for you.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues quickly to reduce downtime.
  • Partner with operations to sustain overall equipment effectiveness and throughput.
  • Keep precise records of inspections, PMs, and corrective work.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians; coach junior team members to build bench strength.
  • Contribute across the department with other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment (or equivalent).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of mechanical/electrical principles.
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting skills and proficiency with hand tools.
  • A team-first mindset and clear, professional communication.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
  • Ability to perform the physical aspects of the job safely.
