Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching and Direct Instructional Activities (65 - 75% of Activity, 25 - 30 hrs. wk.)
Service to Students, Department, Division or College (20 - 30% of Activity, 10 - 15 hrs. wk.)
Research and Professional Development Activities (5 - 15% of Activity, 5 - 10 hrs. wk.)
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Dean, Vice Chancellor, or Chancellor.
Predictable and reliable attendance is required to provide consistency and continuity of educational and business services.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualification:
The minimum qualification for teaching in an academic area is a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of directly-related occupational experience and skill in the field to be taught OR
Associate's degree and 4 years of occupational experience and skill in the field to be taught

Demonstrated expertise in the subject area is required.
Clear and timely written and oral communication
Familiar with technology such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
