Basic Qualifications for Industrial Engineer (2): Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 2 years of engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis or a Masters degree in STEM with 0 years of experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance for which US citizenship is a prerequisite. Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience Experience using the full suite of Microsoft Office Tools Experience using Excel, including macros, data mining, and pivot tables Experience with data mining, data analysis, or data visualization software applications (Tableau) Experience with factory simulation / modeling (FlexSim) Basic Qualifications for Principal Industrial Engineer (3): Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 5 years of engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis or a Masters degree in STEM with 3 years of experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance for which US citizenship is a prerequisite.
