Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Apply industrial engineering concepts, methods, and techniques to products, processes, and services.

• Develop plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, workflow sequencing, and accident prevention measures.

• Design, maintain, and optimize production systems by integrating facilities, equipment, personnel, supply chain, and product design considerations.

• Conduct workflow analysis and develop models, databases, spreadsheets, and metrics to support operational performance.

• Research, design, and implement process improvements to enhance schedule performance, reduce costs, and improve quality.

• Support execution planning using project management, scheduling, and shop load planning practices.

• Provide support for production operations, supply chain logistics, performance visibility, and recovery planning.

• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, engineering requirements, and ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
