Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing operations experience in automotive industry
- Conduct regular Gemba walks
- Drive process improvements to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance
- Coach supervisors and operators on standard work Experience In Stamping, Sheet Metal & Welding processes (Spot Welding & Stud Welding)
- Products: Body in White (BIW), Powertrain Systems & Chassis components
- Hands-on experience working with the Stellantis Supplier Portal (Added advantage)
