This role involves conducting time studies, maintaining standard time data, and analyzing loss data, OEE, and TEEP to optimize production efficiency.
Responsibilities include analyzing machine capacity, calculating staffing needs, planning layouts for high efficiency and ergonomics, and improving material flow and work processes.
You will benchmark processes, identify savings opportunities, lead improvement projects, and ensure standards are correctly applied through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications include a B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field, experience in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of lean manufacturing. Additional assets are an M.S., project management experience, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
