    Description

    Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team!     This position will be a part of a team that focuses on modernizing a production facility infrastructure. This position is located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

    What will you be doing?

    This position will be a key member of the Production Facility team. Duties include:

    Design layout improvements, upgrading equipment, and optimizing space to maximize productivity of a manufacturing facility Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations and building codes Coordinate with vendors, contractors and stakeholders for facility modernization Attend stakeholder meetings and brief updates to stakeholders Other duties as assigned

    What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

    This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

    Must have a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with 1-5 years of experience, preferably within manufacturing facilities Project management experience Pass drug and alcohol testing Effective communication and interpersonal skills Must be a team player, able to multitask and prioritize accordingly Basic PC knowledge (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    Travel requirements up to 20% Must be able to obtain a CAC ID Must have a valid driver's license Must be US Citizen and able to obtain a SECRET security clearance
