Standard Job Description
Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Basic Qualifications
Desired Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Extensive experience in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Ability to drive strategic decision-making through data analysis, clear reporting, and executive presentations.
Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for designing and analyzing manufacturing systems.
Proficiency in using simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simul8, FlexSim, SIMIO) or Excel to model, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
