Job Description:
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows for circuit card assemblies, electronics box assemblies, and ground support equipment for those assemblies.
- Programming of SMT equipment (Screen Printers, Placement and Reflow ovens)
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Understanding Engineering Drawings and translating them into work instructions for manufacturing technicians
- Design manufacturing fixtures for use by production technicians (SolidWorks CAD Software)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process design, and quality systems
- Experience with CAD software and manufacturing tools
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field), or equivalent experience
