Job Title: Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing)

Join a growing specialty manufacturer in Hunterdon County, NJ, driving innovation in industrial production. This is a hands-on role where you"ll lead continuous improvement initiatives and make a direct impact on plant performance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and improve production processes to reduce waste, downtime, and costs while increasing efficiency and quality
* Develop and standardize SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence
* Partner with engineering and maintenance teams to support equipment upgrades and process improvements
* Conduct time studies, root cause analysis, and monitor KPIs to drive data-driven decisions





Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor"s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
* 5+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or process engineering
* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and workflow analysis
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)

Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience with natural gas furnaces, hydraulic systems, high voltage motors, or large pumps
* Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems

Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000 annually
