Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting capacity planning, demand analysis, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$53

What's the Job?

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive capacity and demand database for various manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate demand loading efforts by collaborating with commercial teams and operations to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Support capital investment planning through detailed capacity and demand analysis.
  • Assist in product launch processes by verifying run at rate, standards analysis, and providing necessary support data.
  • Analyze manufacturing methods, processes, and materials to identify cost reduction opportunities and implement improvements.

What's Needed?

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD and Excel for data analysis and process modeling.
  • Experience with capacity planning, demand analysis, and project coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
