About the role:

Hallmark is seeking an Industrial Engineer to provide technical leadership in the design, analysis, and improvement of distribution processes, systems, and workflows within our distribution centers. This role blends hands‑on industrial engineering with strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive meaningful business impact. This position is located onsite full‑time at Hallmark's Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, MO. Relocation assistance is not provided.
THE INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER WILL:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills
Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate effectively across functions
Strong background in Lean/continuous improvement and process optimization
Experience with WMS, layout design, and material handling systems
Ability to evaluate and implement new technologies
Project management experience leading process or system improvements
Excel (advanced), SQL / Python, Visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
