Job Summary
Industrial Engineer with strong experience in SAP, MRP, PP&L, supply chain planning, and Windchill/PLM. Responsible for site cut-over planning, inventory readiness, supplier coordination, and lifecycle transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and validate site-specific cut-over plans.
- Check lead times, variant mapping, and T-lane setups.
- Manage inventory builds and first order execution.
- Track first delivery dates to primary DC.
- Support new component procurement.
- Manage production phase-out and lifecycle code retirement.
- Coordinate with suppliers for tactical S&OP updates.
- Resolve cut-over delays and update safety stock/system changes.
- Act as key link between site, VSL, EPL, suppliers, and planning teams.
- Identify supply risks, backorders, and mitigation actions.
- Work cross-site to balance capacity and supply.
Required Skills
- Strong SAP MRP / PP / MM experience.
- Good knowledge of PP&L and supply chain planning.
- Experience with Windchill or PLM systems.
- Understanding of BOMs, lead times, T-lanes, variants, and lifecycle codes.
- Experience in cut-over, phase-in/phase-out, and inventory planning.
- Strong supplier coordination and S&OP communication skills.
- Ability to manage supply risks and capacity constraints.
- Good cross-functional communication with manufacturing, planning, procurement, and engineering teams.
