As an internco-op with Cleveland-Cliffs you will build life-long professional connections and have the opportunity to be considered for future full-time employment.As an Industrial Engineer Co-Op at Cleveland-Cliffs the projects assigned will vary based on the interns education level and plant location but will generally reflect the duties outlined below.Summary of Responsibilities Assist in studying job descriptions and project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units and identify areas of duplication.Assist with work measurement programs and perform time work samples to develop standards for labor utilization.Assist with analyzing work force utilization facility layout and operational data such as production costs process flow charts and production schedules.Various other tasks as neededMinimum QualificationsEnrollment in Bachelor of Science program in the field of Industrial Engineering or other related technical degreeCompletion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2027Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
