- Institutionalize standardized, efficient processes that can be replicated across locations.
Program Leadership
- Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and delivery for each initiative.
- Maintain charters, integrated schedules, budget controls, and risk registers with mitigations.
- Drive disciplined execution while remaining agile to change.
- Identify threats early and implement corrective actions to keep programs on track.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, and Finance.
- Translate business priorities into plant-ready project plans with clear deliverables.
- Lead on-site during installation, startup, and ramp-up to stabilize and hand off to operations.
Outcomes & Metrics
- Deliver measurable gains in capacity, cost, quality, safety, and delivery reliability.
- Report status using KPIs tied to operational and financial performance.
- Demonstrate ownership, urgency, and accountability for results.
