Auto-Chlor System is hiring an Industrial Equipment Assembler to join our Memphis manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, assembling equipment, and contributing to a production environment that supports customers nationwide.
About the Role
As an Industrial Equipment Assembler, youll help build, repair, and prepare commercial warewashing equipment and chemical dispensing systems. Youll work with hand and power tools, perform quality checks, and support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Youll Get
- Starting at $17.00/hr
- Earn $35,000-$42,000 annually
- Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

What Youll Do
- Build commercial equipment using hand and power tools
- Test finished equipment before shipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed
- Work with an experienced manufacturing team
- Keep your work area organized and safe
- Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
- Clean used equipment using pressure washers, sand blasters, and chemical dip tanks
- Inspect equipment and components to determine usability and quality standards
- Perform required quality control checks and production documentation
- Move materials and equipment throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified)
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for safety and process improvements
What Were Looking For
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment and materials throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
