    Core responsibilities

    • Operate, monitor, and fine-tune machinery to sustain quality results and steady throughput.
    • Catch and inspect parts immediately after production, ensuring they align with defined quality criteria.
    • Complete routine care—cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance—to keep machines reliable.
    • Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or quality issues.
    • Maintain an orderly, safe workstation in line with all safety practices.
    • Document production metrics and promptly report any variances to leadership.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or training is beneficial.
    • Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and balance multiple priorities.
    • Good communication skills and a team-first mindset.
    • Willingness to learn new processes and adopt new technologies.
