Position overview

Join a production team where safety, quality, and consistency drive everything we do. In this role, you’ll operate and oversee manufacturing equipment, maintain accurate documentation, and support a clean, well-organized workspace to keep product moving and standards high.

Core responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and continuously monitor production machinery per specifications.
• Load raw materials; unload, stage, and handle finished product appropriately.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections for accuracy and quality.
• Make minor equipment adjustments to sustain quality and throughput.
• Complete production logs and basic paperwork precisely and on time.
• Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance of machines and work area.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Report equipment concerns, defects, or downtime events to supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, follow measurements, and interpret basic prints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting ability.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
