Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating airless paint machines
• Previous industrial painting experience required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Steel-toe boots required

Job Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting according to company specifications
• Operate airless paint equipment to apply coatings to products and materials
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality standards are met
• Mix and prepare paints and coatings as needed
• Maintain painting equipment and perform routine cleaning
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper PPE requirements
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Perform material handling and other production duties as assigned
