The opportunity

We’re seeking a precision-minded assembler to build mechanical and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll combine craftsmanship with safety and quality to deliver reliable equipment that our customers depend on.

You will

  • Assemble components and systems using hand and power tools per detailed work instructions and engineering specs.
  • Complete sub-assemblies, final builds, and basic testing/verification steps.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings accurately.
  • Inspect for fit, alignment, and proper torque; resolve issues proactively.
  • Operate hoists, lifts, and other devices to position parts safely.
  • Document work on travelers and inspection checklists with precision.
  • Uphold safety procedures, maintain an orderly workspace, and contribute to continuous improvement.

You have

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and 2+ years in assembly.
  • Proficiency with hand/power tools and precision instruments (torque wrenches, calipers, gauges).
  • Sharp attention to detail and consistent quality focus.
  • Basic computer literacy for viewing instructions and inputting production data.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Schedule & workstyle

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00a – 2:30p
  • Location: Tulsa, OK (on-site)
  • Ability to work extended hours when required by management
