Must‑have qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing (aerospace preferred)
• Proficiency with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings and schematics
• Detail‑oriented problem solver with a safety‑first mindset
• High quality standards appropriate for aerospace production
