What You’ll Do
- Keep equipment running through preventive care and timely mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, then troubleshoot to root cause.
- Document maintenance activities and repair details with accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with peers and production to boost reliability, performance, and throughput.
- Champion safety—follow regulations and company policies, and reinforce best practices.
- Assist with the installation, commissioning, and alignment of new machinery and equipment.
- Continuously grow by participating in training and upskilling programs.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or in a comparable maintenance role.
- Solid grasp of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and how they interact.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical drawings, and schematics.
- Sharp problem-solving, a meticulous eye for detail, and clear communication.
- Team-first approach with the flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays when needed.
