Assist with documentation and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle including billings WIPs and other financialprogress metrics.Research and interpret technical engineering information to ensure all work complies with applicable engineering standards codes specifications and design requirements.Support the evaluation of potential field issues and help develop practical solutions escalating to the Project Manager or Superintendent for final review and documentation as needed.Collaborate effectively with field crews other trades and customers to ensure smooth coordination and communication across project activities.Provide support during all phases of the project and perform additional duties as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Education & ExperienceTechnical or undergraduate degree in Business Construction Management Engineering or a related field of study OR two years or more of related experience supporting industrial commercial or service projects.Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to plan schedule and coordinate project activities to meet established deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly professionally and effectively with team members and customers.Demonstrated technical aptitude and advanced computer proficiency including MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint MS Project and familiarity with iPadiPhone tools.A strong desire to master construction concepts and develop effective project management skills.Other DetailsThis role will primarily support local and regional customer sites in the Hibbing and Virginia MN areas based on business needs. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge skills training experience and market conditions.This position is eligible for discretionary bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
