Step into a hands-on technical role supporting real industrial operations
We are seeking a mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to support paper mill and industrial manufacturing customers in the Lewiston region.
This is a field-based, problem-solving role where you’ll work directly on equipment, troubleshoot systems, and help optimize performance in live production environments.

What You’ll Do:
Provide on-site technical service and troubleshooting at industrial customer sites
Perform equipment installs, repairs, and system adjustments
Conduct chemical testing and optimize system performance
Support mechanical systems (pumps, piping, dosing equipment, etc.)
Maintain inventory and ensure proper system operation
Document service activity using CRM / reporting tools
Partner with customers to improve reliability and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, chemical, or maintenance environments
Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical, pumps, pipefitting, or similar)
Comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting and field work
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Basic computer skills (Microsoft tools / service reporting systems)
Must live within commuting distance of Lewiston, ID
Willingness to travel up to 25% (mostly local, occasional overnight)
