Job Summary
The Field Supervisor oversees daily crew operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. This role manages field crews, monitors performance, supports training, and coordinates scheduling and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily safety tailgate meetings before crews begin work
Ensure crews have the proper tools, equipment, and PPE
Monitor crew safety compliance and job performance in the field
Provide training and support to field crews as needed
Track daily crew activity and performance
Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, proposals, and project needs
Conduct weekly performance audits and crew meetings
Create and manage weekly crew schedules
Perform monthly truck and equipment inspections
Communicate client updates and operational changes to field crews
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of relevant experience
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Travel
Up to 50% travel annually (may increase during outage periods)
Overnight and out-of-state travel may be required
