• Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd
• Schedule: AM / PM options
• Weekends: Required availability (Saturday & Sunday)

Your Impact

• Load/unload materials into/out of production equipment
• Operate and monitor machines; perform basic troubleshooting
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality specifications
• Conduct routine checks to verify equipment performance
• Maintain accurate production logs and inventory entries
• Flag production issues early and collaborate on solutions
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workstation

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfort standing for extended periods and doing repetitive work
• Basic math/reading and mechanical aptitude
• Detail orientation and strong safety awareness
• Capable of working quickly with minimal supervision
• Available to work weekends as scheduled

Bonus Skills

• Manufacturing or production background
• Experience with lean/continuous improvement

Environment

• Manufacturing floor with active machinery and noise
• Occasional contact with production material components
• Fast-moving production line conditions
