As an Industrial Forklift Maintenance Specialist, you’ll keep essential material handling equipment moving—strengthening operations for teams that count on us every hour of the workday.
Your Impact
Working a steady Monday–Friday schedule (with overtime when required), you will be the go-to expert for maintaining and repairing fleets of LP, diesel, and electric lift trucks, plus other industrial equipment. You’ll blend methodical diagnostics with preventive care, making sure every unit you touch is safe, reliable, and ready to perform.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on multi-brand LP, diesel, and electric forklifts and related industrial equipment.
- Execute PM services that extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
- Complete cosmetic repairs to uphold professional presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
- Tackle additional assignments issued by the Service Manager.
What Sets You Up for Success
- Hands-on background diagnosing and fixing LP, diesel, and electric platforms.
- Solid understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems; wiring schematic literacy preferred.
- Comfort reading work orders and documenting service; effective written and verbal communication.
- Basic computer skills to support parts lookup and service entry.
- Experience operating lift trucks and other industrial equipment.
- Practical reasoning and the ability to excel with minimal supervision.
Required to Start
- Personal tool set suitable for the role.
- Steel-toe safety footwear.
- Valid driver’s license (required for consideration).
