Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Salina, KS facility to hire a full-time Industrial Forklift Operator. We’re a full-service staffing firm serving companies across Central Kansas with full-time, part-time, and temporary roles—this one is a full-time opportunity.

A Day in This Role

You clock in at 6:00 a.m., run your safety checks, and power up your forklift. The floor is moving—trucks to unload, pallets to stage, and orders to route. You’ll navigate the warehouse, relocate materials with precision, and coordinate with shipping/receiving to keep product flowing. When the pace picks up, you pivot to general warehouse tasks, always keeping safety front and center.

What You’ll Handle

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the facility
• Load, unload, and transfer materials and products
• Stage, organize, and maintain product locations
• Support general warehouse operations when needed
• Follow established safety and production procedures every shift

What You Bring

• Hands-on forklift operating experience
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required

You’re Proficient In

• Shipping and receiving workflows
• Material handling practices
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Basic computer skills

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $19+/hour
• Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Employment Type: Full-time
