Start your morning by checking in with dispatch, reviewing your schedule, and loading up your modern service van. Your first stop is a customer site where a lift truck is down. You quickly diagnose the issue using computer-based diagnostics, confirm findings against schematic diagrams, and get the customer an on-the-spot estimate. With approval in hand, you repair the unit, replace worn parts, and update the customer on any future concerns. Throughout the day, you may set up a lathe, drill press, or grinder to fabricate or recondition parts to factory specifications, lubricate and adjust systems, and complete standard inspections. You’ll capture every detail in the Mobile Service application—filling out work orders, obtaining signatures, and closing jobs as complete before providing daily status updates to dispatch and the account manager.
We believe the best technicians are empowered with tools, training, and trust. If you’re driven to solve problems, keep customers moving, and take pride in meticulous work, you’ll thrive here.
Towlift is an equal opportunity employer, all applicants will be considered for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status. We are proud employers of Veterans, helping them to navigate the transitions of life and reach their fullest potential.
