    Join our team as an Industrial Hose Fabrication Technician and turn specifications into dependable, high‑quality hose assemblies. You’ll work hands-on in a collaborative environment where quality, safety, and continuous improvement guide everything we do.

    A day in this role

    From your first setup to final packing, you’ll own the build process. You’ll interpret work instructions, fabricate assemblies, verify performance, document your work, and prepare finished items for shipment—all while keeping your workspace safe and organized.

    What you’ll do

    • Fabricate mechanical hose assemblies that meet exact specifications and quality standards.
    • Inspect each assembly and perform functional and safety tests before release.
    • Maintain a clean, orderly work area to support efficient and safe operations.
    • Assemble, clean, tag, and mark hose assemblies per customer requirements and Company quality assurance practices.
    • Build kits, sub-assemblies, and other value-added components per customer requirements and Company quality assurance practices.
    • Prepare and package completed items for shipment.
    • Locate and return hose and coupling inventory to correct warehouse locations.
    • Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned.
    • Partner with teammates to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
    • Document build steps and keep accurate production records.
    • Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance assembly processes.

    What you bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification is a plus.
    • Prior experience in mechanical assembly or a related trade preferred.
    • Keen attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
    • Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
    • Clear communication skills and a desire to learn.
