Job Description

System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on heavy-duty equipment like chillers (large machines that remove heat from water) and boilers (tanks that heat water for steam) to prevent factory shutdowns.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic (air-pressure based) faults on large equipment.

Refrigerant Management: Recover, charge, and handle refrigerants safely according to strict EPA regulations.

Component Replacement: Repair or swap out worn parts like compressors, electric motors, and valves.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce safety rules like Lockout/Tagout (a safety procedure used to ensure that dangerous machines are properly shut off and not started up again) to prevent injuries.
