Our client, a leader in commercial facility management, is seeking a dedicated Industrial HVAC Technician to join their team. As an Industrial HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting building operations and ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform general inspection, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and maintenance of various HVAC systems.
- Manage HVAC-related projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Operate and maintain Building Management Systems to optimize building performance.
- Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repair.
- Work on plumbing systems to ensure proper operation within HVAC installations.
What's Needed?
- HVAC certification and at least 5+ years of HVAC experience in a commercial setting.
- EPA certification required.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting boilers, heating systems, and refrigerants.
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Building Management Systems.
