AMA is seeking a candidate to join our team who has experience in managing and performing hazardous material surveys for asbestos, lead paint, PCBs radon and other hazards. Candidates should have experience in managing and providing asbestos and/or lead abatement monitoring services. Additional experience in mold, indoor air quality and safety is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Certifications.
· Must demonstrate experience in providing the above skills.
· Asbestos and/or lead accreditations, licenses, certifications within the DMV
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· NIOSH 582 preferred but not required
· Mold, Safety, Confined Space, HAZWOPER training is a plus.
· Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Be capable of passing government background security checks to gain access to government facilities in the DMV.
