Warehouse Lead (Key 3)

Shift:
K3: Friday -Saturday - Sunday 5:00am - 5:30pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Working Warehouse Lead to join our team. The Working Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Outbound operation.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, sorting and loading of products
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes
- Train new employees on Outbound loading procedures and equipment operation
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during daily operations
- Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and manage outbound orders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role, preferably in an e-commerce or 3PL environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including material handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory management
- Familiarity with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus)
